Set up an initial meeting with the franchisor to discuss the business opportunity, expectations, and next steps in the onboarding process.
3. Review Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) – 14 Days
Take at least 14 days to carefully review the FDD, which includes important legal, financial, and operational details about the franchise system.
4. Secure Finance and HQ Review
An internal review is conducted by headquarters to determine if the franchisee is ready both financially and operationally.
5. Sign Contract with FDD & Lease
Finalize and sign both the franchise agreement and the lease for your store location, officially securing your place in the franchise system.
6. Find Architect & Contractor
Hire professionals to design and build your store in line with the brand’s standards and layout specifications.
7. Restaurant Concept & Menu Determination
Work with the franchisor to finalize your store’s concept, menu offerings, and any customizations allowed under the brand guidelines.
8. Start Training
Complete 20 days of required training, including online modules, virtual sessions, and self-led learning to prepare for operations.
9. Hands-On Training at Restaurant
Participate in 3 days of in-person, hands-on training at your restaurant location.
